Imagine that i did 100times for every station with some sprinting & running up? Im exhausted. I really proud of myself. I did one-third of the circle for like 4mins. From the end of ubi to my house. Amazing right?

Do you want to know what? All this stations help to stregthen my upper & lower limb muscles, improve my cardiopulmmonary circulation. Im going tmrw again, inreasing the quantity for every stations.
